• All terms and conditions of the trade are detailed on the official website of the company at www.swisschemie.com and the customer/trader/user trading with the Swiss Chemie hereby binds himself/herself/themselves/itself to all terms and conditions of the company by placing reliance on the email/trade with SWISS CHEMIE.
• Since the products are specific novel nature and tailored as per the company's policy, once sold and supplied, goods will not be returnable/replaceable in any circumstances, and hence no request from the customer/trader/user shall be accepted by SWISS CHEMIE for whatsoever reasons. The company is not engaged in dealing with any generic products. The company none of the products of the company are pharmaceutical products and/or products which are meant for human consumption.
• This information relates only to the specific material/products designated and may not be valid for such material used in combination with any other materials and/or in any other process and hence SWISS CHEMIE does not take responsibility of the third party/end user of the product in case of any miscommunication and/or negligence by Trader/Third Party who might sell SWISS CHEMIE's goods in the market.
• SWISS CHEMIE advises and recommends to the public at large that the product/material should be partially replaced at the beginning instead of totally replacing the regular/general products with the products. The information is to the best of the company's knowledge and believed to be accurate and reliable as of the date indicated. However, no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, is made here as to its accuracy, reliability, or completeness, and we assume or accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or expense, direct or consequential, arising out of use. • SWISS CHEMIE shall not be held responsible for any kind of misrepresentation and/or further trade being done by user/customer/traders/end user under any circumstances. SWISS CHEMIE supplies products which are tailored to suit customer/purchaser's requirement in terms of physical, chemical nature and price as acceptance of their quality & price standards. Hence, trader/retailors may be cautioned when they purchase goods from SWISS CHEMIE and sold further in market that they shall be duty bound to disclose all MOA, COA and other important terms and conditions of the product purchased from SWISS CHEMIE.
• Further SWISS CHEMIE products are made based on budget of the user/trader using chemistry to give specific assays and characteristics to match other market products and to give a cheaper solution and value for money. Our products are encapsulated/coated that's why they can be evaluated by a specific MOA (Method of Analysis) only. That is why they are cheaper compared to other products in the market. SWISS CHEMIE expressly represents to trader/purchaser very clearly through COA invoices and literatures about the same. The trader/purchaser is directed to convey to their end customers as well. Failing to do this will lead to confusion and legal situations and in such events, SWISS CHEMIE shall not be held responsible.
• By proceeding further, the user/customer/traders/end user agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned herein and also acknowledges the representation of SWISS CHEMIE and by placing on reliance of present email, the user/customer/traders are binding by the basic terms and conditions & policy of SWISS CHEMIE and shall not dispute the same in future before any Authority/Court. Also, SWISS CHEMIE policy, any material previously purchased from the company and accepted by the buyer will be considered as finally approved goods by the buyer, shall be subject to the same terms and conditions as the earlier one, and no further communication regarding those past or future supplies will be entertained on the grounds of these accepted terms. This letter will be treated as your final acceptance of all past, present, and future supplies. This acceptance shall remain valid for all purchases made in the past, present, and future.
• Our products may have not be evaluated for performance. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent any diseases, give nutritional values or value addition in any form.
• Any trade with SWISS CHEMIE shall be deemed to be subject to jurisdiction at Kanpur, U.P., India and any proceedings including arbitration proceedings arising out of any future dispute/issues shall be held by Sole Arbitrator, to be appointed by SWISS CHEMIE and such proceedings shall be held at Kanpur, U.P. and/or at Mumbai, Maharashtra, at sole discretion of SWISS CHEMIE and the Purchaser/Trader/person purchasing hereby agrees to the same and no other place shall have jurisdiction, except mentioned herein shall have jurisdiction to any future dispute.
